PHM, following the contract signing with the hotel investors, provides assistance in every step of the process beginning with the project stage of the investment, including; projecting of the investment in an optimal way, providing consultancy for structural purchasing (construction investment, technical infrastructure, furbishing etc), providing detailed solutions in accordance with the Point Hotel design standards throughout the whole process, organizing the opening event, undertaking the management of the hotel in the framework of the Point Hotel Management Standards for the duration of the contract, informing and presenting performance reports to the investor.
