We start to provide our consultancy services in accordance with the Point Hotel design standards to the hotel investment that we signed the management contract for beginning from the project stage. This has critical importance due to many reasons including the optimization of the space allocation, fulfilling legal requirements, providing the infrastructure to serve in accordance with the business standards, determining the guest satisfaction and keeping the costs low.

The Point Hotel Design Standards Book and our construction experience lead us through this work. The standards may be revised in line with the location and the conditions of the hotel project and the market requirements.

In case of an existing hotel signing an management contract with our company, if necessary, adaptation of the hotel to the Point Hotel standards in accordance with the available budget, is assessed with the investor.
