The investment and construction of our existing hotels are carried out by the Özbek Tourism, the mother company of PHM. It is ensured that the investor takes advantage of the special prices that the Özbek Tourism, which has been in the businesses of hotel investment and construction since 1989, receives from the suppliers in the construction market. It is also possible to minimise investment costs further by using the increased purchasing volume of Özbek Tourism with the addition of the investor’s new project to its existing hotel investments as a bargain argument.
