Project – Detailed information about the investor, project and project owner is delivered to PHM.
Site Visit – The area or the building in the project is visited for inspection and evaluation. The areas/spaces required for the project are determined and planned in the way that would bring the most efficient and effective results by PHM and the investor.
Presentation – PHM creates a business model and a business plan using the data obtained and includes its forecasts to this presentation
Proposal – PHM presents its business model proposal which is prepared in the way that the features of the project may change due to the conditions of the market.
Mutual Understanding Agreement – Once PHM and the investor mutually agree on the key subjects in consequence of the negotiations, LOU (Letter of Understanding) is put in writing.
Management Contract – The contract, including the specific duration and conditions, is put into its final form and signed.
