15-20% of our hotels’ reservations are made via internet and this trend is increasing every year. Our website,, is an important sales channel with its functional booking engine. 

Relations with the 3rd party online reservation sites and efficient aggreements due to our hotels’ presence on the top of the lists are managed by the PHM.

Electronic marketing campaigns are conducted by us. Working in coordination with the corporate office, the electronic marketing supervisor of each hotel  manages these channels and responds to guest comments.  

Our guest satisfaction scores are always on the top on, tripadvisor and similar sites which is very important for us.
